Which hosting and domain company(site) is the best(ultimate) domain and hosting for blogs by all norms and area?

By ease of use, installing scripts, blogging, traffic...
One that gives the best results...

I want answers direct from users and webmasters, not from sponsors and companies themselves.

Which one do you recommend? And why?
I want a new hosting. Get over with old...

certified hostings have a plan for unlimited wp sites, i like it.
why certified coz there speed is awesome, downtime - i dont remember, support - within 1 hour solution [my experience].
i think if u only wanna do blogs then its the best.

p.s. i dont have their wp plan, i have shared plan and most of my tube sites runs on them.
