some people say if u leave meat outside for more than 2hrs its no good... but ive been to BBQs where meat stays on the counter for hours and nobody seems to die/

Eight hours is a little to long for me, but go ahead.

I think that shit's overblown. Hell people eat shit out of dumpsters. If it's been covered and he's heating it up again he's killing any bacteria that is on it.

yeah, come to asia, shit sits out all day long, especially fish. They eat it no problem. As long as it was cooked it should be ok. Really freaks me out sometimes, people walking around with some fish on a stick in their purse and they just pull it out and eat it even though its been sitting in some bag all day and some weird ass market before that.

I should also mention, they make these pastries they sell at 7-11 that are filled with pork. Not refrigerated or anything, Just sitting next to the bread. Ill eat those sometimes, but again, weird.

my old man is a pro at eating food that has been sitting, ill look at it and be like ahhh maybe if i heat it up but my dad dives right in

btw if youre reheating it then there is no danger at all as long as you heat it up enough

I think 150 degrees is about all you need to kill any bacteria that was around. Something fairly low anyway since it's precooked.
