how do you avoid sexual harrassment suits in this business?

Particularly for admin positions.

I hired a new admin, she's writing, editing, etc.

What can I have her sign saying she won't sue me for something stupid when I put her to work on erotic writing, porn, etc.... ?

Just looking to protect myself somehow.

I can't imagine she'd have a leg to stand on if she tried suing an adult company for sexual harassment for having to write erotic things. Also, in order for it to be harassment, she'd have to say she didn't like doing it. And since short of closing your business, there's nothing you could do to accommodate her and would just have to let her quit.

There is but you are going to need a lawyer familiar with Wisconsin employment law to write it for you. If you are really worried about this then spend the money it could easily save you thousands later.

A good start would be by not sexually harassing her and make it clear what kind of business you are in...

There is nothing you can do. If she goes to the EEOC and files a charge the company is guilty until you can prove yourself innocent. More often,it ends where you have to settle with the person. They have free state supplied legal resources in Wisconsin and you don't. The cost of fighting these nuisance suits is going to be many times more than the cost of settling. And the employee knows it.
