Should I sell or keep?

Once again I have made more hentai/toon sites getting some decent consistent traffic and earning some good revenue.

The 3 current sites are all under 3 months old and earning a consistent level of revenue.

I am just experimenting with a new hentai/toon sponsor and so far the conversion for my traffic is pretty good IMO. 1:500 (1 sale for every 500 sponsor site hits)

I only made the sites to see how much I could earn a week using a PPC advertising network, pop-up advertising and finally PPS sponsor. And eventually sell them.

I haven't given the sites enough time yet but so far the earnings look like this.

PPC Network:

Pop-up Advertising:
Sorry no screenshots for this but I can tell you its making $8 - $12 a day

PPS Sponsor:

I'm not one to maintain and look after many websites which is why I sell a lot. Money is pretty tight these days, everything is costing more and more and maybe I should just let a few sites sit on my server for a while instead of selling them.

If you were me would you sell or keep these sites?

I am the same as you. I like to develop a site, work through the creative process, track and try different things to get it profitable or whatever the goal is. Once I get to that point, I lose interest and simply sell those off a lot of times.

I do not like the maintenance. I am more in it for the testing, and creative part. Once you learn how to make a site successful, you simply can do it over and over like a formula. I want to move on to the next idea as my white board is always full.

I have done that in the past and wish I never did. Even if I let the sites sit there. I would make more money then selling them. With minimal work your traffic will only grow.

Give your sites a little slap in the ass every week or two and let it ride. At worst they will pay for themselves at best they will turn a dollar or two. I never toss anything that pays for itself, no matter how small the profit.

I admit I sold many sites way to cheap in the past, I wanted quick sales so I always lowered the BIN price each day. I think I'll just stick to 1 BIN price next time so I get what I deserve

It is hard selling new sites but I always guarentee a return in there money, I don't just leave them with a couple of sites, I'm here until they're happy. The only time I don't help the buyer is when they're to busy to contact me. Everyone that has put trust in me and have purchased a new site/sites that I make and obviously are earning a consistent amount of revenue have all made profit quicker than expected. Sites I make just get bigger in time.

If you're a webmaster, having a hentai/toon niche site/s would be good for your collection if you don't already have any in that niche.

I usually base my BIN price on 5 - 6 months revenue but these sites are all under 3 months old so I couldn't put a price on them. Looking at the stats above what price would you put the sites on?
