The media always did make an outsized leap in the Arizona case I thought. Automagically labeling it "profiling" for instance is just wrong. Profiling is when you tell a police chief in a town 90% white to pull over 100 random drivers for seatbelt checks, and they pull over 80 black drivers. THAT is racial profiling. Asking people who are being questioned in regards to a complaint or arrest for their ID's is not racial profiling.
Now like everything it could be abused, such as if cops are seen waiting at the Home Depot and walking down the line of migrant workers hoping to do lawn care that day and demanding ID's. But that is a LEAP of imagination until it happens. Plain and simple. And if it DOES happen? Those cops are out of a job, also pretty plain and simple. I always advocated letting it play out and the court process is simply part of that for better or for worse. You know, if the immigration offices were actually staffed and equiped to handle thousands of cases per day, it'd probably be a non-issue anyway. personally, all I care is that if a person wants to make a living here or there, they should become a citizen of here or there, or both.

I would agree, but I've seen too much abuse by the illegal aliens in this country. And having all these sanctuary cities is not helping

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that |
