windows7: anyone knows how to install the clipboard application ?

Might sound silly but I can't find the clipboard program on my W7. Anyone knows how to install it ?

They removed the viewing of the clipboard viewing/history in W7. MS's view on the change is there's no reason to have the clipboard when you can easily affix it to a saved txt file.

You could try getting the file from Vista or XP and running it in compatibility mode or Google for a few 3rd party freeware versions.

I was just looking for an easy way to have several "clips" handy....I don't know if you ever heard of "clipomatic" ...

Haven't heard of clipomatic. I honestly never really searched for a replacement and just went to having a blank notepad++ open to paste everything into for that day as I noticed W7 losing the 'clip' if I hold it too long. Images go into PS or just copied to a temp folder on the desktop.
It was a pita in the beginning, but now its such a natural work flow of mine I'm just used to it now.

I've used ace text for years. I keep everything from code snippets to blog posts in it and it automatically saves my clipboard history. http://www.acetext.com/
