BTW I have confused this thread with another WebAir sucks thread as well started by user Forest. Eww... so much WebAir sucks threads today.
So, an apology to this thread starter. Of course every client even a smallest one has a right to clean IP and working email.

i have had issue with a webair IP as well and it was fixed in no time
Did you try calling them?

webair has been good to me
