The term 'telephone consultations' yields about 34.m search results.

How can I skip the the lower ranked pages?

There's a parameter 'start=xx' where xx is the number of result.
Unfortunately, for numbers over 1,000 you only get this:
Sorry, Google does not serve more than 1000 results for any query. (You asked for results starting from 2000.)

Thanks for that, seems that it is not possible to go more than 100 results deep :-(

I believe that has been the limit for quite some time.

I presume you want to check are you in top 1000 for specified keyword,i use http://seoserp.com to check that.

No, I would like to hire grunt workers to approach those consultants with a lower ranking.
