Question about prescriptions
Alright you chemical heads.. here's a question
My mother calls today out of the blue and she tells me that she needs $700 for medicine... I'm thinking, what the fuck is she talking about??!! I guess there's some kind of issue with her bladder or some god damned thing and the doctor says oh she HAS to have this shit So she read this to me: metheham hip 8?m $313 oxybutynin er 5mg $379 She doesn't seem to know the number of each prescription or the duration and she says the 8?m is an 8, a funny symbol and then an M How the fuck can I get these cheaper for fucking chrissakes here? Fuck ME ![]() What does hip mean? Is er extended release? God damn it This is all I didn't need today ![]() |

Look for the natural alternative, which is far cheaper and less well known as it can't be patented

I called the pharmacy and the second one went down from $379 to $171 with my AAA membership card... But the other one didn't move a dollar.. I guess each scrip program has to cover certain medicines? Anyone know of one that covers the first one? My grandmother gets all kinds of shit and it's all $5 for 90 days!! Can I use my grandmothers card for my mother? Or would I have to get a doctor to write the meds to my grandmothers name?
Also found out they're all for 90 day prices.. I can get the second one 30 days @ $77 but the $171 for 90 is the best deal |

So you can save more than 50% on medications by belonging to the American Automobile Association? That right there tells you what a mess and ripoff our health care system really is!

Hell yes... I may be old, but I love AAA I paid $87 for the year and it just saved $200 Plus when my old car breaks down they'll come change the battery, put gas in, change a tire, tow me up to 100 miles, etc... four incidents per year Plus on the $120 membership they'll change the battery AND pay for it (for most vehicles) and you get 5 incidents per year and one can be 250 miles |

So a pharmacy will charge an old lady $208 more for a prescription if she doesn't belong to a club that provides emergency auto repairs?
What the fuck is wrong here? |

Get her a free Rx card its what I use to by my pain meds and I saved over $400 this month on 2 prescriptions. http://unarxcard.com/index.php this card gives better price than any of the cvs/walgreens rx card you pay $20/monthly for. Good Luck it sucks they charge so much, Walmart was cheaper but I called every store in the Dallas area and nobody carried it and no fill date. They said they have a generic for mine but its always out of stock at the distro so only name brand available everywhere because the other chains stopped carrying because profit margin was too low

It was United States of America Now it's The United States of America Nationalist / Federalist it really doesn't even matter any more - the states have to bend, or they don't get their own money back as "aid" any more - We spell this Amerikka now The government rapes and loots and pillages as they wish. They inflate health care costs beyond any reasonable level, make sure no one can afford it on their own, then they "have to fix the problem by forcing insurance on us" because they "can't afford to pay for uninsured people who can't afford the inflated costs they caused anyway" |
