CASE AND POINT BILLING COMPANY FRAUD...2000charge.com

Well as if I need to come in and create another thread about shady billing companies in our industry, but I think I will just to illustrate how fucked up it has become.

I hired 2000charge.com to process transactions for me about 1 year ago.

I noticed after about 7 months I had accumulated $150.00 in sales with them. They were a very last resort billing option and they did not process visa or master card so thats why the low amount of sales.

Be that as it may, we started asking about the $150.00 that was taken from our customers and when we would be paid. Thus the stalling and run around began.

They provided us with a bunch of excuses as to why $150.00 sitting in our account could not be paid out.

So we did not sweat about it too much but then last month we notice that we had $200.00 in sales sitting in our account, and wanted to know when could we expect payment of the $200.00 most of which had been taken from our customers back in 2010!!!

There answer was still bogus and defied reason.... We issued an ultimatum to them please pay us something even if its $30.00 of our funds so that we know you guys are legit and payout.

We also said if you don't pay us something immediately we will have to take your join buttons down.

Well the reponse was just what we had come to expect with crooks, thieves, scavengers, snakes, fraudsters, sheist ers, leeches, pseudo bankers, etc. you get the point

They respond with an email saying our account is closed, no mention of the $200.00 left in our account, locked out of account admin, so that we could not grab a screen shot and show the world how callous they are.

They took $200.00 in funds from my paying customers, issued login, and pass, never paid us a nickel, then up and left with the money!

Another Processing company stealing money from people like you and me...my adive is to stay away from 2000CHARGE.com

If they can't pay a measly 200.00 then what akes you think they can pay $2000.00

More than anything this should illustrate the point of all of my other gfy threads about billing companies....they are more desperate than they want any of you to know...

If one company is that desperate for $200.00 and they only take a small percentage of our funds....why should we give any 3rd party the benefit of the doubt?

I just showed you case and point...hope you are not drinking the tap water

you're an idiot and if I were one of the "other" billing companies you're trying to connect to THIS thread, I'd close your account and tell you to GFY.

Err what? My minimum with 2kcharge is set to $100, and they send me ACH's all the time.

Swirls have you ever stopped to wonder why you seem to have a problem with EVERY processor you involve with?

Zombaio, ccbill and now 2000charge? (apologies if I have missed any)

2000charge have been in business for a very long time and I really think that to have been in business so long and never having been called out before there has to be a little bit more to their operation than sitting there waiting to steal money from customers, don't you think?

To be honest I am not surprised people close your accounts when you wade straight in with accusations of theft and fraud, you really need to learn to operate at a less hostile level, it will help you avoid so many lose/lose confrontations.

You know lagcam, maybe you think that 2000charge is a straight up company, but I can tell you that we personally lost $30,000 with them when they had their merchant accounts closed (visa, mc) due to high chargebacks about 8-10 yrs ago. 2000charge has not been straight with us at all. They told us they were in court....wonder what's up with that?

Well without knowing the specifics of your case I can't comment but you have kind of proved my point that if they are still in business in the same name 8 to 10 years after losing a merchant account, that they don't just operate to steal somebody's $200 eh?

My comment was not an endorsement of them (I have had an account for years but have never used it as their settlement basis doesn't really fit my business model) it was based on swirlsgirl having problems and fights with multiple processors.

You know I just think that people have a short memory about things. We went with them originally because ccbill would not take canadian clients then and 2000charge would. They also did EU direct debit which was great and profitable.
What happened is that they told us that due to some bad clients that their merchant account for visa/mc had been closed and they were going to court.
People still continued to use them because at the the time no one else was offering EU payments. I don't think that that many people were using them for their visa, mc. There was no publicity about their merchant account going down unlike ibill.
They were not forthcoming about the money owed to us or their court case. Others might have great experiences with them but lots of people loved ibill as well and look what happened to them.

Verotel as well.

I agree with you 100% and have pointed out the same thing in the past with her.
