I'm not affiliated with this tube, but have used it in the past. It's good for small blogs that don't need to automate mass imports and such.

well, thanks guys. But, does any of those two (free or that another one),can stream videos from my server (not you tube).

I've used this one on a few blogs and like it. I'm working on a mobile tube theme based on this theme. It will work in connection with it so if your surfers are on a mobile device they will get a mobile version of your site. Lot of potential in mobile!

you can use FLV Embed plugin and that freewp tube. and you can host the videos and not post only embeds. hit me up if you have trouble setting it up
