Zombaio just pissed me off!

I am really just pissed off from Zombaio support team, they just sucks.

1) my 2 sites ate pending compliance from 26th July contacting several time no luck still pending
2) install for password management pending from 27th
3) how long it will take to register site in visa and master card as a adult merchant,

If ccbill, segpay or epoch or other billet can do this in just 24 hour than what the fuck is wrong with Zombaio....

Micheal Olsen is not replying now contacting several times... They are just delaying my plan and I m still waiting.

I don't want to do this public what the option left for me.....

If you can't afford the visa fee, go to verotel. I was told they are extremely quick and helpful.

If you can afford the fee, go to SEGpay.

I deal with both Verotel and Segpay and couldn't say enough good things about both companies. Great support, payments are like clockwork and support is top notch... segpay support is quicker but that's because I have their techs on icq

zombaio has some issues. they stole 20k from me about a year ago, and dont accept certified mail in their US offices. I havent gotton around to chasing my money down in whatever fucking euro hidey hole they pretend to be in, (and I had no chargebacks on the account) was planning on it later in the summer.

I dont do any processing but my own now, but in the past, CCBill has ALWAYS been reliable, even when I was a dick. The ccbill people are always around, and are at every show.

Epoch seems to have worked for me in the past too, and allow a way more dirt. you get what you pay for there, but whatever it works.

If your gonna do 3rd party biller. Just put your faith in ccbill, you are gonna save like 5% TOPS using someone like zombaio. and they might steal your cash, forget to pay you, have a screw up, etc whatever.

If your running so much cash through your account that 5% of your money is too much, the you should be doing your own processing anyway.

We have 2 buildings, the whole black a bit up on the road where we have the POS terminal warehouse. We send out over 5,000 POS terminals every month for the northern european market. We are staffed with about 30 people in that building. Then we have 2 floors in the yellow building with developers and accounting etc. Staffed about 50 + some video conf rooms etc.

Does Zombaio have some serious problems or is it normal still not to have a reply to a support ticket (Inquiry #215460) raised 10 days ago on Feb 1? I have even sent reminders.

I note the EU sales and support numbers don't work, which is not very reassuring.

I am somewhat surprised by my experiences given that reports on the net seemed generally favourable. The resounding silence from Zombai's support department appears to confirm that not all you read on the net is true...
