Another Freak in Florida
Saw this in the news this morning
 DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Police in Daytona Beach said a woman faces neglect charges after worried drivers called authorities. Police said 23-year-old Keyona Davis was driving a pickup truck with a baby stroller in the truck bed. A baby was sitting inside the stroller.
