I have a website template that I need converted into a theme, or whatever, so that it can be used in WordPress. Who does this and what does it usually cost? Fairly basic theme with a horizontal navigational bar at the top.

Shouldn't cost you more than $100 bucks these days.

JD used to do it for about $100 per page, but I don't think he's taking new work.
