I have no idea what the appeal is.

In my head I imagine the core demographic being older people trying to recapture the 20's they'll never get back. Rather than going out and living again, they watch other people do it on TV.

The appeal is the same as watching a trainwreck.

Mike getting hyped up and trying to psych Ronnie out by attempting to bang his head through a Sheetrock wall that was really a concrete wall was the best thing he ever did. Maybe he will learn a lesson and learn to fight properly.
