we opened our first office 4 years ago.

Before that we been running our sites from homes, (me here and my partner in France).

Keeping the motivation, focus and group work remotely is really challenging.

Centralizing was the best thing we ever did.

Many people of your team (old and new ones), shared smart advices to help our partnership grow or to simply give hand to the newcomer i was.
