I am having my first Exam next week... (I Dont need it, but like I'm gonna miss out !) lol

Can I ask for a reach-around, or does the doctor find this inappropriate?

Also, if I 'let one go' (Fart or Poo) do I have a legit leg to stand on when I say 'It wasn't my fault'? and the Doctor is 'pebble dashed' with my poo?

I had dreadful stomach pain a few years ago and had to go to hospital. There are GORGEOUS young nurse said she was going to have to shove her finger up my arse. I thought in my head "I usually have to pay extra for that" but edited it and didn't say it in real life.

If you're 40 - 50 just get one, it's uncomfortable but a couple of minutes of discomfort is better than dying from prostrate cancer. Found early it's highly treatable. I lost a friend aged 44 to that horrible disease, I'm 44 , was a big fucking reality check.
