I almost got fucked over shipping internationally a while back. I had a couple of brand new, sealed PS3 games and a buyer ended up winning 2 games and I stated "US shipping only". Well, after winning the games, he said he wanted them shipped to New York, but he lived in the Phillipines, that he has a friend in New York that ships stuff to him, then asked me if he threw in a couple of bucks, if I'd just ship directly to him, so I thought "Why not".

Well, he won the games on Thursday night and I shipped the games out first thing Friday, but the post office said they can't do delivery confirmation or tracking because they pretty much hand it off to their postal service and that's it, so on Saturday, the guy sent me a nasty email wondering where the game was, then on Monday he filed with Pay Pal saying he didn't get his games and they froze the money, I was like WTF ?!?!

After going through the dispute process of Pay Pal and calling them, they told me that a decision was gonna be made within 24 hours. The next day, I got a notice stating that they ruled in favor of the BUYER, even though I sent them scanned copies of the shipping receipt, showing his address and when it was sent. I called up Pay Pal in a rage and the lady put me on the phone with the guy that made the decision and I chewed him a new asshole when he broke down and said he'd give me my money back, that I was a Pay Pal member for over 10 years, that he was sorry, but it didn't help the fact that some asshole got 2 PS3 games for free and almost fucked me over.
