Firefox now sucks and after also testing IE, Opera and Chrome i have to say...

... that right now Chrome seems to be the most stable and fastest solution.

getting used to a new browser sucks though

Firefox is now the resource hog that IE used to be which is pretty ironic. The problem with Chrome is every tab you open is like opening a new instance of the browser so it's just as bad or worse than FF in that regard. Besides that I think Google is getting too big and two much into my privacy so I refuse to also use their browser and just hand over everything that I do..

How is Opera these days? It used to be pretty decent and it was the 1st that let you group tabs and auto open them all. (that was pretty awesome function for running a lot of sites)

FF has definitely become slower and slower. I like Opera but there are some issues I have with it that prevents me from making the switch full time.

Gave up with FF and IE just recently.

Using Chrome now. Getting more used to it even if it isn't perfect...

Firefox had been dumbed down way too much for me.
Seamonkey, Firefox's older brother which is geared more toward webmasters and other technically saavy people, may be worth a look. It has long included features like a built in Javascript debugger, a cookie manager with the ability to delete individual cookies, and other features for "power users". Firefox was supposed to be a slimmed down, fast and light version of Seamonkey but I don't think they hit their target so I never switched.

Firefox 7.0.1 is by far less of a memory hog and much faster (both at generating pages and starting up). Seems about 40% faster to start and uses around 40% less memory than the previous version.

I don't seem to have any preference or dislike for any of them other than IE which has sucked for years.
