There is no harm, nobody is forced to work. Everyone is paid very well per client plus a retainer (we are one of the few who pay retainers). We don't provide outcall escorts, the risk factors outweigh all other considerations for us we pay a fortune for insurance as it is. Many brothels do have associated escort permits, however most of them don't make much from it. There are better dedicated escort agencies to fill that niche.

The way licensing works in Melbourne you need to have a separate addition to your license for outcalls, it's just too much effort for too little gain. Some nights we are so busy we couldn't spare the workers to go out. Most of our workers are Australians, we have a couple of Asian workers and a couple of other nationalities.

The big problem for us is insurance, you would cringe at how much business insurance costs in this business, public liability alone is huge and would go right up if we went into escorts as well. There are already well established escort operations in Melbourne, we make referrals to them at times however really the escort model doesn't fit with our business.
