VS White Label - Do You Think This Is An Issue?

I've been going back and forth since October 1st trying to get this issue resolved with no luck from the affiliate reps. Perhaps I'm making a bigger deal out of this than it really is, I'd like your opinions.

This effects every affiliate with a VS white label, not just me. On a lot of model bio pages there is text that reads:

The display of (insert models name) top fans is limited to customers who have spent $100 or more on Flirt 4 Free.

Screen Shot:

As a surfer, I can't see the top fans because I haven't spent $100 or more on Flirt 4 Free, what the hell is Flirt 4 Free, I'm on domain.com. Not only is this confusing to the surfer, but now I'm going to type in flirt 4 free into a search engine to figure out what this is.

I personally view this as a big deal, that should have been addressed within 12 days. Maybe I'm wrong?

You don't understand why it would be a bad thing to have another cam site's name posted on your white label cam site, on almost every model bio? Seriously?

FWIW, I think it's an issue, for the reason you stated. Seems like it would be relatively trivial to fix too; if they can (insert model's name) they can surely (insert site name), which presumably they do on the rest of your WL.

In fact I can't even see any reason to have the words "on (insert site name)" at all, after the words "customers who have spent $100 or more".

I addressed this issue with you yesterday , I sent you screen grabs of what I was seeing.
I sent this to the programmers and it's being addressed.

I needed clarification on before I could move forward on why I was seeing something different from what you were seeing.

In the future, please trust that I do follow up on everything that brought up to me, every concern, question or just some advice. I answer every email, I even answer emails on the weekends. I'm not just the guy on the other end, I love what I do.

I sent you screen shots and an explanation on the 1st of October, I'm not sure how much clearer you can get than screen shots.

I've sent email after email about this issue since the 1st with not so much as a "I'll pass this along" reply. Now, the 12th, it's finally going to the programmers.

Perhaps you can understand my frustration?

Man, I need to step away from the computer for a while. 12 fucking days to get an issue taken care of. I'm gonna go blow off some steam.

In the future, please trust that I don't make phony photoshop screen shots and forward the issue to the programmers.

The confussion was that your screen shots looked different than my screen shots I sent you. I needed to know why. and that was yesterday.

You sent me 3 issues, you told me that you appreciated the handling of the issues in a timely manner. I had two of them handled immediatly. The third took a little longer, the last email was yesterday and I got an answer today. It's being handled.

I'm sorry for your frustration.

I did send 3 issues and you handled the first 2 in a timely manner, I thanked you, and I still thank you. The last issue, I feel could of been handled better, so after all the emails and my frustration, I posted here.

I also post positive things here about VS and have referred potential clients to you in the past. You can look those posts up.

So, after blowing off some steam (bought a new glok, and did some shooting), I feel much better. I'll still call you out on the bad when it happens though, and of course the good too.

Contact me anytime. I understand the value of a new gun. I own several, just gave my daughter a S&W 40 model 410.
