Yeah, I see most of your girls also on cam at mfc while on your site. I think one of your problems is your domain tubecamgirl, "tube" refers to video content, so naturally much of your traffic might assume they are just videos playing. There's so many better available domains that would more accurately describe your site, particularly using the word "live" in it would help.

The cam landscape has changed for sure and will continuously change. Also here you see the "adapt or die" principles.

Each cam company has its own approach and business model where the performers now a days mostly work multi-chat on several cam sites at the same time.

This also applies for members. They all have accounts on every cam site, know where to find their favourite performers and know where they get the best value for their money.

When you look into the cam landscape you see that Streamate is heavily promoted by the major tubes (each one of them is running a Streamate whitelabel).

LiveJasmin has the biggest media exposure on the interwebs and offers together with PussyCash high payouts/special actions for affiliates.

MFC has a totally different and attractive business model gives a lot a way for free towards their member community and not to forget giving a high payouts to their studios/performers.

Personally I'm very curious how all will go in terms of new tech, marketing techniques and acquisitions.
