Well it depends, I'd say the kid has a right to protect his property but if the guy was willing to just back off and the kid pressed the fight then you're right, he should be thrown in jail alongside that guy.

What is a cowardly way to bomb a military installation? You don't just announce that you are coming to bomb them. Japan bombing a military installation isn't terrorism because it is a military target, not a civilian one.

I think what those kids did was far worse, and they taped their terroristic threats(which is a crime) and the fact that they assaulted a guy for using spray paint. They should be in jail.

It's great to see a stupid racist get what he deserves, but I'm more scared of people like the owner of the Mitsubishi. he should be off the street.

When it comes to the whole Japan/America thing, the dropping of the bomb was justified. They started the damn war, and needed to be stopped -- and over a million American soldiers would have died invading the Japanese mainland. It was a sound decision, but I feel sorry for all of the people that died and suffered in Japan, because of their government.

The US still committed a terrorist attack on Japan. Just because you warn people it doesn't excuse you murdering innocent people in an attempt (doesn't have to be successful) to make their government surrender. And the Pearl Harbor attack was still an attack on a military installation regardless of there being civilians there.

If the Taliban issue a warning today that there will be an attack on the US tomorrow, is that attack no longer a terrorist attack? Of course it is, any attack that is aimed at killing innocent people is a terrorist attack.
