He's no different than the dozen or so sponsor programs that use a streamate cobrand for their own cam program and set their own payouts. He can payout any pps he wants on a free signup and make a profit as long as his average revshare return from free cc verify signups is greater. Since it appears he's going to be paying out $60 per signup, its a much better deal than getting paid only $40 by promoting streamate directly via mtree.

Right except his domain is pawned, he sometimes can't pay his rent and by his own admission he hasn't been eating on and off because he doesn't have the funds. Sounds like a really reliable person to trust to make payouts.

The MTree revshare is 30% and there's no way Camgirls.com could ever match that. The only way to make a whitelabel cam site attractive to affiliates is by offering a higher PPS than the original site (which is $40).
