Its my fault so I can not make an appeal for them.

My questions is, it is permanent? Will my site start from scratch and will page indexed for google sooner?

Fix whatever you did to get it banned, and then there is a process to go through to ask for reinclusion ... there is a form you fill out etc ...

Without telling us what you did to get banned, its hard for us to help you or suggest what you need to do.

Bans are not usually permanent, but it depends what you actually did to piss them off, and how sincere you seen to want to fix it and play by the rules ...

you can also register the domain in somebody else's name, and go the route that you just purchased this domain that has been previously banned, and you wish to apply for reinclusion .... but you will probably have to change the content on the domain to make it look like its under new ownership ..

see my post #7

I use a tool that generates thousands of backlinks, comments and trackbacks, etc. And its impossible to clean that crap.

I don't think google will consider me for that.

First - Why do a blackhat "experiment" on a good domain?

Second - Depending on exactly what you did I would just clean up the mess, build quality content, and work on the site like your building it for a user experience and not just for Google. Not uncommon for a new site that ranks high fast to get dropped from the ranking for some reason. It will take time for it to come back but it will if it's a quality site.

If you can't clean it up then I would say toss the domain in the bin and start again. Really it's a cheap lesson, at the end of the day you learn more for these things then any others and I'm sure you won't be so stupid next time

It MAYBE but in 6 months you could have made good progress on another site and if 'site:yourdomain.com' is showing no results I would not take the chance or time to mess with that domain.

Edit: I would also NOT redirect that site to your new one, a redirect could pass on the Google hate!

Not sure if serious? Won't google notice that and just penalize the new domain? Maybe not if you don't do an 'official' redirect..

the better question is why are you stressing over a domain that is just 1 month old?

forget the domain and assume it is a lesson learned

How do you know its banned?

I have had one of my sites penalized after adding analytics.

After removing analytics, 1 month later the sanction was lifted.

analytics is a trick, they give you it free to have access to everything, and control your site.. if they just dont like something, they will penalize you..

if you dont have analytics, they can't see in detail everything... so they wont penalize you.

period.

I fucked up, got it banned, changed the domain owner, 6 years later with pure whitehat methods it finally broke a PR1 with some SE listings.

If this is what you've done ie., xrumer, bite the bullet and move on.

If the site is just a few months old you might not even be banned. Do you have a google webmaster tools account? If you don't get one, if you do add that site to the account and follow the SEO standards from webmaster tools.

i only change the letter "a" from the banned site to "e" for the new site.

and same content and all, of course no more blackhat this time

To have the site re-included in the index, you need to submit a reconsideration request to Google.

Before you submit the request you should clean up the problem that led to the ban.

You should ensure that your site follows the Google Webmaster best practices.

You should be repentant in your reconsideration request, admit what you did, explain why you did it and that you won't do it again.

A reconsideration request is processed by a human, so there are no shortcuts, you have to either do the work to clean it up or you won't have a hope of being successful.

Go here

http://support.google.com/webmasters...n&answer=35843

Once reconsideration requests were a one sided affair and you had no idea if the request had been looked at let alone processed. Now Google has a messaging system so you will get feedback about your request one way or the other.

The most important thing you can learn from this is that there are no shortcuts anymore. I know there are successful people using XRumer and SEONuke to build backlinks, however more often than not this will catch up with you.

In my own testing Google is getting much better at analyzing a sites link profile, unless it looks natural to Google you run the risk of trouble.

The same goes for spun content, Google is actively working on hardcore AI to mimic human reviewers (yes Google does have manual reviewers of sites). In 2012 it's going to get much harder to avoid being penalized as Google ramps up it's use of algorithms like Panda to weed out shallow, poor quality and spam sites.

Glad to see Google is penalizing fucks who look to exploit the system to overtake honest webmasters with cheap tricks. Some people work hard for years to see results and you look to overtake them with cheats to reap benefits that should belong to them? Hope your site never gets unbanned! Fucking pussy!

Well that's plain stupidity. How on earth did you think you could even hope to get away with that ?

The only sure way to resolve the issue is to clean the problem up as much as possible, yes this could take time, then repent to Google via a Reconsideration Request

- submit reconsideration request but expect nothing, it wont do anything.

- start over, do not redirect the banned domain to your new site as will pass the penalty.

- i would probably go with new content just to be sure. although i just checked a site where i recycled content from a banned domain and is doing ok.

- next time launder your links by blasting web 2.0s.

-sorry to hear, i know it sucks. this is all from experience.

- oh yeah bing and yahoo is microscopic compared to google for the same serp positions, not even worth the bother.
