Recent issues with AmeriNOC-hosted sites

I had a problem with a large site network. AmeriNOC tech Zachary Taylor went beyond the call of duty and fixed it all for me and even set me up so that any future issues involving this situation can be fixed with a few clicks. THAT is how I define quality service. They didn't have to do it since my request went beyond regular hosting but they did it anyway.

Notice the ABSENCE of the following:
Excuses
Kicking the can down the road
Finger pointing
Blaming the customer
Blaming the script maker
"It's not our job"

None of that. Instead, they have the following:

Taking the initiative
Taking the time to size up the problem and investigate beneath the surface
Planning out and implementing both immediate and long term solutions
Regular follow ups

If you are looking for a hosting company that regularly goes beyond the call of duty, AmeriNOC is it! That is why I am proud to have had them in my SIG for AGES now.

Quality hosting, AmeriNOC is your name.

Great bunch of guys at Amerinoc.

Pricewise, you can't beat what you get.

So why bring it up? I've been with Phat/Amerinoc for years.
Yes, there have been a few issues recently - mostly because they freely upgraded my main server and transferred a number of sites. There were some compatability problems that I did not understand, but they still managed to fix them almost instantly.

I'm not a tech, so I'm sure that most of my support tickets were barely comprehensible. After all these years, though, Chris and Zachary seem to have a working knowledge of my bitch-speak. I say, "WAH WAH! It doesn't work!" They fix it.

I've recently asked AmeriPhat (PhatiNoc?) to transfer some of my sites from unresponsive hosts (two dead hosts, actually) and add them to an existing account. They did that for me. It took a few weeks to iron the bugs out (as I randomly stumbled across a variety of glitches) , but AmeriPhatiNocServers were there with me every step of the way.
There has not been a month that's gone by where I have not felt that I'm getting more than my money's worth from AmeriNoc. I love those guys.

Your mileage may vary. SEE SIG!

P.S. I understand that there are no spoiler tags here. Just doing my best to reduce post bloat and clutter...

They, Webair, and Mojohost have called us to resolve problems rather than "kicking the can down the road" and "blaming the script maker."

Also want to give Ray a shout out too for having a great product, and awesome support. Even though I don't personally use it, in the past, I found Ray to be a Hell of a guy!

Don't know what's come over me, must be the holidays.

I found lack of professionalism on behalf of the sales team unacceptable. When hit with a pre-sale question, I was told they would look into it and someone would get back to me the following day. The getting back to me consisted of the ticket being marked as "Resolved" with no response provided. Professional etiquette would dictate that even if they found they couldn't accommodate my specific needs, they should at least respond by saying that at this time we're not a suitable match.

They probably found out you have a site forum that has links to stolen content.
