Is cable thefts a problem in the usa?
In the UK any bit of metel is being stolen. Do you have this problem in the USA?

yes.... they steal the fucking aluminum light poles in some areas lol
and after hurricane katrina here in nola was bad with metal thieves

In my country cables are cut for copper every day almost... fucking thefts then fuck people for land lines, internet, even electricity...
