Question about referring webmasters to affiliate programs

If someone were to click my consumer link to go to my sponsor, and then went on to become an affiliate instead of a paying customer, would I get credit for referring the webmaster?

And vice versa. If someone clicked my webmaster link and joined as a customer, would I get credit for them?

it works only for CCBill. 99% of others just keep it for themselves

I think you need to pick the right program on NATS but please correct me if I'm wrong

As the other people in this thread mentioned it depends on the program.

For example: We've a custom solution on our main sites and special links that go right to the affiliate signup page, but if one clicks on a user links and then clicks on the affiliate join link it's tracked too.

It definately works for CCBill programs and imho you can configure NATS to work this way.
