The more static it looks the better. It needs to be simple. I don't need more options than what i mentioned above.

Drupal has a bit of a learning curve, but it's pretty barebones and you add as you go.

or you can use mechbunny as a cms also., ftp the videos , and ftp pics., they will be on site, just like that.

We have one that might suit you.

It can be set to run countless sites, feed in information at the touch of a button, if you already have it, SEO, timed publication, the sectors can be changed easily and lots of other things. also not too expensive.
