Vend-o payment processor: good or bad?

I see lots of paysites working with the payment processor called Vend-o.

Anybody working with them? What is your experience? They seems new but processing lots of big paysites...

I tried to contact them without any luck: any sales contact?

Formerly known as Local Billing Ltd? Know them as payment processor for european users (direct debit) but many programs replaced them with Webbilling.com or others. I was told by several programs that they had less signups with them than with other processors. Wouldn't say bad, but at least not the #1, probably depends on the market you want to use them.

I've been working with them for years and they're a solid company. On A-B testing on foreign language traffic their revenue was substantially higher than other third party processers we were using.

Why did they change their company name? Local Billing sounds pretty catchy. I am not so convinced Vend-o sounds good at all. Seems odd a processor would change names like that. Maybe they got sold or something?

Here ya go silvia.benova/at/vendoservices/dot/com

Silvia always answers.

re the name
vendo latin for sell.

As they target foreign traffic,
vende {sp}
vente {fr}
Vendita {it}
venda {pt}
