This would be despicable to promote, BUT it's not as if Ms. Houston was living a nice clean life in the years leading up to her death, so can't really get too worked up about it.

That said, domains with her name in it could be taken via UDRP and owners could be sued unless of course the estate authorized use of them. Just because some others featuring sex tapes haven't been gone after doesn't mean you can't be sued and lose. Up to $100,000 per domain by the way.
