Funny thing is many of the people using the sue them and we will take a percentage schemes are facing the same liability.

I still think gideogallery's a nitwit, but I agree with righthaven being a bunch of fucktards and am glad their chickens are coming home to roost...these guys were sending C n D's to owners of sites that were linking to other sites and using a portion of the text from the originating site.
