Weird is putting it lightly. I still have no idea why he would do this, how he accomplished it and why he left his whois info wide open. It makes no sense. All I know is I had no idea about this until I saw the money that came out of my paypal account. After that I did some research to find out what it was and why it came out of my account.

It makes no sense whatsoever that someone would hijack your Paypal to buy a domain name. He knows he will lose that domain within a few days again. And then also using a public whois?
The guy must've been very drunk or very fucking stupid. And then still it doesn't make sense.
