Did a 15 page CSI report on it in college...there was a lot of mistakes made during the investigation. Not to mention the fact that he couldnt reach the trigger of his shotgun, and that the amount of Heroin that was injected wouldnt have even given him enough time to pull the trigger. Not going to turn it into a pissing match but its what I without a doubt believe.

if you use your toes no shotgun or rifle is too long... he did have his shoes on but doesn't mean you couldn't rig up a piece of wood or ANYTHING to use to hit the trigger now does it?

second, the amount of heroin wouldn't have given the AVERAGE PERSON enough sense to pull the trigger.. he was a junky... who was about to kill himself.. you think he would have taken it easy for the final hurrah?

Around 93-97 I was mostly listening to Rammstein, Rage Against the Machine, Sugar Ray(their old albums), and then, there was the rise of nu-metal.

Nowadays I mostly listen to anything, from Classical to funk and experimental stuff, going into a little of bluegrass and electronic. Nirvana is an exception. It's one of those bands you love to hate.

1. there was no gun shot residue on his hands or feet
2. Any "junky" knows that 1 syringe filled with H would be enough to kill themselves with. There was 2 injections done, one of which could very potentially been post mortem.

But i digress... there is something called totality of circumstances.

Not to mention immediately before he was hospitalized several times for almost dying from crazy amounts of heroin in europe. I think it was Rome, but I could be mistaken.

in 94 I was 10-11. Did listened to his albums a couple of years later and could never understand what the fuss was all about. I missed the whole boat.
