Company Formation in UK

I am in a process of building a LLC company in UK but they want me to pay for 60Euro to use their London, UK address, is there any service who provide lower than the amount they are asking for virtual office address to continue the process of building a LLC company in the UK. If somebody offering this please post below.

Thanks in advance.

For some people it's a month's salary

Have you seen the rates to incorp in other countries in the EU or US. Last time I looked it was cheaper to have a registered office in the UK than it was in Thailand.

For 60 euros they are legally required to forward all HMRC documents to you which is usually 10 letters a year. Sending 10 letters to Indonesia is likely to eat up most of that 60 euros.

Question, Since I am now fully registered business in UK using company formation am I allowed to open a bank account in there using the address and the company formation that I register a while ago?

You may find that difficult to do unless your company has a credit history but you can try.

You will most likely be asked to keep a substantial amount in your account.

No. Both the bank and the registered office won't let you open an account using that address.

They will however open an account against your residential address provided you can meet ID requirements.

Best trying HSBC if they operate in your country of residence.

LLyods TSB are also easy to open accounts with. Director of the company is normally required to provide personal ID as well.
Also keep an eye out for companies house docs, failing to respond those where applicable can result in a strike off. They then inform the bank and you can get frozen accounts and a dissolved company. For real stupid stuff like your company annual registration fee for £15 etc.
