Need Video Player... Suggestions?
I'm looking for a YouTube style video player where I can play 10 or 15 seconds of a video, then require the user to enter a name and email before they can watch the rest of the video. Ideally, anytime they come back they will be able to watch it without re-registering.

Never heard of a video solution for that. Sounds like a custom job. You'll probably need to take FlowPlayer or JWPlayer then use javascript or something to overlay the video with your registration CTA or whatever. Probably $75 or so on elance.
