Cheapest/best mainstream host for low traffic site?
For a friend, thinks i know everything internet related, i don't. what's a cheap host for a low traffic blog? told him just use godaddy hosting but thought i'd check here.

AneriNOC in my sig is excellent. Probably the best customer service around. Never used their shared but I'd assume it's just as good.
I've used Certified shared and had a good experience with them as well. They're not the cheapest but their shared was as good as a VPS at a lot of hosts speed-wise. Good service too. Godaddy just blows. |

BlueHost has never let me down. I would stay away from GoDaddy hosting, I have heard about alot of issues with them.

all these cheap plans for 4.95 per month are 36 month commitments. any cheap hosts where u can cancel anytime?
