Hi yes its spam, sorry, but if you run an adult site chances are you get traffic from countries where it won't convert. They simply don't have credit cards.

Here is the guide to convert traffic that used to make you $0 to many $$$

1) Sign up Here
2) Grab your .htaccess File and put in the following code
