Really can recommend it, just be sure your server have sufficient RAM, if your backup is 250Mb, it will need 250Mb RAM. This is not the case if you back your stuff up at another ftp. ~ Renaldo, |

Option 1 sounds interesting. I already use wp-db-backup, but sendtodropbox looks good.

use backupbuddy ;)
ill install it for $20 ($150 value) or else use wp time machine (free) http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-time-machine/
