Zombaio and Redpass Issues

Please anyone from Zombaio or Redpass?

My requested zombaio payout last May 8 is not yet in my Redpass E-wallet.
I did not noticed that Redpass is only accepting USD currency, where my account is in EUR.

The 2nd issue (zombaio payout) is i changed my payment method back to wire to avoid these problems.
Then i requested another payout today, and sadly my payout method showing there again is Redpass.

I submitted tickets, talked to live chat. But issue has not been solved.

I love zombaio, i never encountered any problems before but now.

I don't think Zombaio and Redpass work like that ie instant changes on demand.

When you make a change to your payout method it changes the next payout created, not all the ones queued in the system at that point.

I think Zombaio to Redpass is not advisable if you have non-USD account. That is what causing the delay, they will have to convert my euro payout to dollar.
I will just use wire instead, 2-3 days after requesting and it's here.

Zombaio to redpass 7 days now and counting...

8th day and still no clear answer from zombaio or redpass on where my May 8th payout is.
I am being passed on from Live chat to "wait for accounting dept to answer your opened ticket"
