I do not run now but waiting it to be installed in my account. I assume it should be like that, installed new payout via menu, not automatically. They described it in other thread.

I was told it would be adjusted at the end of the promo and that you would receive the $9/lead as long as you opted in with them before today.

Yea I just talked to them. Those that were opted in will have their balance adjusted at the end of the pay period.
