We have done the same for them. Hardly negates any wrong doings they are involved with, and vice versa.

I have a feeling that a few hundred years from now history will see us (the U.S. govt.) as the REAL bad guys.
We occupy a couple of hundred other countries with our military. We isolate countries (like Cuba) whom we disagree with and put up blockades and sanctions to prevent them from having any kind of economic success. We punish Iran because they might get a nuclear weapon and they are "crazy"...meanwhile, the United States is still the ONLY country to use the atomic bomb. And no, we didn't bomb the Japanese army...we dropped the bomb on two major cities full of women and children. And we run around fighting a war on "terror" after our modern history? And when I say "us" and "our"...I'm not talking about the citizens of the U.S., I'm talking about the govt. |
