Some very strong and over exaggerated words there.
CCBill are in my cascades but I certainly wouldn't put them at the top of any payment processing pyramid! And definitely not legendary. Not in a good way anyway! Congrats if they work for you though.

Well I'm not in last place as I'm converting 1:1000. Not the best ratio's compared to 1:67, but I have a 100% rebill rate.
