Kinky Kicks (step inside please)
Hey Baz.
I know it's early in the week but I need you to see this and have not been able to reach you via ICQ/Email. So I have few domains. I put some rss feeds on the sites I am not ready to build just yet. I had your feeds on one of my sites using a syndication plugin. The feed was set up to create new categories based on the posts. I kind of just left the site on auto pilot and focused on some other things over the past couple of weeks and it created a category called kinky kicks archives. Anyway, I got an email Friday that my account had been disabled due to TOS. I don't have the login for that specific site on me but here is a screenshot of the settings on a gf site with the same setup: ![]() For the longest time I was only using nats based programs on a couple of sites. I had around 70 domains just sitting around so I decided to get a ccbill account and do this with the dormant domains. The issue is that your site was the first site I used with ccbill. Since my account is suspended with you, my ccbill account is also suspended. When I called them they told me I had to talk it out with you lol. That's where I'm at. I have around 70 sites I cant keep track of due to this suspension. I am not bringing this to the forums to fight, I just hope you can un-suspend me from your program. I hope you see this and realize that I was not intentionally trying to fuck with you somehow. If I am able to use your feeds again, I will change that setting and place all your feeds on a generic category name. The longer I can't get a hold of you, the longer I can not access my stats on all of these domains. I hope you can understand my situation and work with me on this. Thanks for your time P.S. - As soon as I realized what had happened, I removed the category that started all this. |

I'm fairly sure in the past I've seen CCBill offer to resolve this kind of situation for someone. Did you speak to one of their reps from here or one of the low level outsourced people who many claim don't know what they are talking about?
It's hard to believe they would seriously let you lose all your other accounts because one sponsor suspended you for non-fraud related reasons. |

The guy said since that was the first site I used with ccbill, its the default site for my account and since it was suspended my whole account is suspended until I can resolve this. |

Wow, you learn something every day. I didnt realize the whole "merged under" account structure would go this far. What a piece of shit the CCBILL system is. Really, if you designed it from the ground up, could you make it any shittier?
And this is the second kinky kicks thread IIRC with him getting uppity about affiliates doing better than him. So maybe your neglected site ranked higher and he got pissy. Who could have guessed ![]() If the original thread wasn't enough, this thread serves as a warning for anyone who was considering promoting this shit for brains program. Fucking asshole, if he didn't want kinky kicks in the tags he shouldn't have goddamn PUT it in the tags. Jesus what a fucking retard. |

Hi barcodes,
It was actually a mistake suspending your account, I got you and another affiliate confused with each other and suspended the wrong one. So please accept this as a public apology. I did manage to pin point the other affiliate I was looking for and his has been suspended. Yours has been completely re-instated with CCBill and NATS. For the record the affiliate I have suspended has been done so for cybersquatting using the domain name kinkykicks.org. I did receive an email back from him explaining that he was relying on Google traffic and was merely trying to make money for us both. His key words are basically all the key words associated with my domain. Ie "kinky kicks, kinkykicks, ball busting, kinkykicks.net, kinky kicks videos" I did think long and hard about this decision, but ultimately I did not create my affiliate program to be used in this way. Cash 4 Kicks was created to reach a wider femdom audience. Not for someone to try and profit by piggy backing on the back of my hard work by simply creating another near identical domain. Call me an asshole or whatever you want but I will not allow my affiliate program to be used in this way. I have a no cyber squatting clause in my TOS and have chosen to enforce it on this occasion. I am aware of the risk of my content making it into Google top 10 spots instead. I will deal with this as it arises, but I will not compete against an affiliate using my site name in his main domain name. Barcodes, I apologise once again for the mix up and inconvenience.

^^ incompetent and an asshole.
OP, I wonder if you lost all those sales for all programs while your account was suspended "by mistake". Kinkykicks, please explain if you don't want affiliates using your names to promote your content, why you are including those keys in your promotional materials? |

My only problem is with cyber squatting and not specifically with the key words used.
It's my decision which I am in my rights to make. That's all from me on here. I do not do public slanging matches. If the OP wishes to discuss his particular matter with me then he can do do by replying to the email I sent earlier.

Since you don't own a trademark you might be using the term 'cybersquatting' (on your .net domain lol) a little loosely. I think it'd be funny if kinkykicks.org affiliate decides to rebuild, with ballbustingworld.com links and content, his site that you have, in your wisdom, decided to shut down. Who's next? The next guy that ranks for 'kinky kicks' but without it in the domain name? God you are a greedy idiot. Why dont you try and grow your brand instead of trying to steal money from people trying to help you. Seriously, what happens to the next person who ranks #2 or #3 for kinky kicks? Do the rules become, now its cybersquatting because its in the URL? How about just on the page? EDIT: Next time you are suspending someone to try and eke a few more dollars out of your site, try checking that account twice. Anyone with half a brain has seen as of this moment exactly what your priorities are. May as well shut down your affiliate program now. Couldn't even be bothered to check who he was suspending! Nice. |

Thanks for fixing this. My biggest issue was not being able to log into ccbill to check all my crappy domains lol. The domain in question, along with most of the others were empty domains that I simply installed wordpress on, put the thematic theme on it, and syndicated a few feeds to. Most of them I am positive aren't even on the radar seo wise
![]() There aren't many cbt programs that I could find so I am glad I can still use kinky along with the other 2 to 3 sites I had on there. It does suck that I deleted the feed and all the posts it had fed through but again, it isnt exactly raking in the bucks so its no biggie. I tried to get different sites for each domain though so I have like 65 or so affiliate programs merged onto that one ccbill account lol, which is why I was pushing for a response. I appreciate everyone's help. |
