I might be interested in trying it as an alternative biller, or replace our current if it works better.

We are continuously working to improve and we are aware that there have been problems with ACH payouts. We believe this is solved now and we monitor the payouts closely to avoid delays.

We believe the problems have been solved and as far as I know there are not any issues with ACH payouts currently.

Well, if this is the case then we'll be the first ones to come back and say so. But, as you know, this has been a long term issue so it's going to take a while of receiving our money on time before we're convinced that the issues are resolved. Hope you can understand.

I understand that and if you have an issue let me know and I will try to get it sorted asap.
We use a third party to send the transactions and sometimes things are our of our hands, we are constantly looking for the best solution to pay via ACH and if you have any recommendations we will consider them.

We get wires from them and they are usually on time. If they are not, it's just off by a day or two, which I chalk up to bank holidays from Europe or just general bank processing time.

Never tried ACH payout with them.

Yeah but at the end of the day, it doesn't make sense for us to spend $40 on the wire fee when the ACH option is available. Money is money, and we're not about wasting it when we don't have to.

I didn't have a huge sample of data, but in my testing I had better results with Zombaio.

I have had ZERO issues being paid and support is pretty quick to respond to any issues or questions.

Actually, in our experience over the past 6 months we've noticed this trend:
Epoch -> Zombaio -> Netbilling (we're still tweaking scrub levels and are taking our time so as not to end up with a shit load of fraud) -> CCBill

Over the past 2 years it's been the same as above minus netbilling.

Not that it matters to us anymore because in light of recent findings we have chosen to stop processing new sales through ccbill.

By the way:

I am interested in finding some CCBill webmasters that would like to test Sliiing with Zombaio as backup or main credit card biller.
Sliiing can track sales and pay your affiliates for you. Just hit me up if you would like to help us testing a Sliiing setup with Zombaio as credit card biller.

I've been using Zombaio for over a year. The ACH problems were horrendous.
But once I switched over to RedPass it's been awesome.

I always get paid several days ahead of time. And I immediately move the money from the E-Wallet to the card. From there I can just spend it or withdraw it via ATM.

I've taken to just using the card instead of withdrawing the money. Doesn't cost shit to get my money that way.
I keep the money down to around $1,000 or so by spending it or taking it out. (don't want another epass debacle)

So far it's the best and cheapest way to get my money

The only thing I'd like to see is a downloadable itemized spending sheet for the actual Master Card.
Right now I'm having to go online and take a screenshot of the MasterCard page on Redpass to give to my accountant.

Other than that...it's great!

If you sign up as a person and not a company put your name in the company field.
If there are any issues you will be notified about it within 1-2 business days.

I'm glad to see the Zombaio ad on GFY as it brings a little reassurance that they are doing ok and will get my money but the last month or so has been crazy for me, ACH system is totally messed up. Sometimes they do arrive a day or 2 early but the last month they have been late without any reason. When you need the money to pay models, web masters, hosting companies you need to be able to rely on your earned money coming in on time. They also put the holdback a few weeks without notifying anyone. If they can fix the ACH problem then I think they would be 1 of the best billers around.

We have added the option to download the last 3 months MasterCard statement.

I think we're up and running fine, we just need to keep testing/tweaking the scrub levels at a slow pace. Last thing we want is to make them too relaxed and end up with a shit load of fraudulent transactions, so we started with most sec settings maxed and are slowly working our way down until we can find a happy medium. It's a long, slow process but at the end of the day, we'd rather do it this way then risk our merchant account because we did it the easy way.

Only thing I can really ask for at this point is a little bit of css in the back end :P But otherwise, it's been pretty straightforward and quite easy to work with

I agree 100% with you killahboo, but the late payments are getting old

According to zoa, we have 2 checks being sent this week. 1 was to be settled on 6-19, the 2nd was to be settled on 6-20. 6-21 and neither check has arrived.

So I guess the ACH problems haven't been resolved after all...

I will look into it and get back to you within the next 12 hours.
Sending me a email is a lot quicker since I check emails more than I check the boards.

The purpose of my posting here wasn't to seek support, it was to update the thread regarding the ACH troubles we've been having over the past 1.5 years.

And I'm really not trying to sound like a dick here, but regardless of what we do support wise, we both know those checks won't hit our account until some time next week at the earliest.

In the end, I'm just glad we don't rely on our zombaio checks - hell, we don't even work them into our projected budget/expenses anymore - but at the end of the day, it is our money and we just want this issue addressed and resolved. And from a customer/client perspective, being that this issue has been ongoing since the 'corrupted swift file' fiasco of xmas 2010 (1.5 years now), we've pretty much run out of patience on the matter.
