Google can randomly decide to penalize you for everything you promote that isn't owned by Google. They'll get around to it eventually - don't you worry.

On the other hand, I never had a problem promoting AmaKings.

and yes your site can get deindexed if you get enough notices.

i cant recall a name of torrent site ,, but someone submitted a removal request for a search results term on that site.,
e.g. www.site.com/?query=milf

and google removed all instances of milf of that site from google.,

If you look at the document it shows that it got 1 complaint in january 2007 and google deindexed the site.

There are 10,000s of sites linking to it and have done so trough the last 5 years, so it's pretty safe to say it does not get your site deindexed if you link to a domain that is removed from the search results.
