Usually i would give link for easy uk company registration, but considering they have now weird new laws obviously it's now better to avoid registering uk company.

What issues with the new laws? As early as like 2 months ago I heard was relatively easy to incorporate a US based company in EU as a sister site. Was like a couple hundred to do so. This was through conversation only and never got a link to where to do it. Now I'm a bit concerned.

Depends what its for, if its just as a holding company then there's np. It's only to do with site ownership, just keep that in the US.
