Denise Rich just sold her apartment for $50 million to David Geffen and is moving to Europe where she will renounce her citizenship to save on taxes.

Anyone see the irony of HER doing that?

The Geffen connection is odd too since he used to be a Clinton supporter and now despises him over another pardon Clinton did not grant.

Why is that? As an American I would figure you support freedom. "Land of the free" is America's slogan, is it not? But that is typical American behavior, to only support freedom for Americans, and not those who choose to not be part of the American system.

Did she have a choice where she was born? No, she did not. Why shouldn't she be allowed the choice of where to live and what country to become a citizen of?
