Raise the fill so the light hits the face at the same horizontal level
Move the fill further away so the light is even across the whole body
Meter the fill one half stop more than you have here

good stuff... thanks... few things, bounce is low due to model eyes, it's 'bounce' so I can't really turn it up and down unless I go to silver etc.. I'll keep messing with it though.
