Perhaps it's a gimmick?
Fake passwords otherwise it's is not going to earn them much commission? Not sure on the legitimacy of the business model but seen this type of thing before.

i checked 2 credentials and nothing worked, so its fake password site just to gain traffic.
whats wrong with that ?
